Slaves Socializing

One-third of my day I live as a corporate slave. You can call it that or some other term that might be useful in cushioning the blow. Don't get me wrong, I love what I do, it's just the truth, until I find it in my guts (and my pockets) to go on my own path. One-third I spend sleeping or resting. One-third I spend reading and/or eating. That's basically my life in a day.
When I'm at home, I try to cut myself away from the web, so as to get in-tuned with my soul and all that new-age shit. Emphasis on try. So you could actually imagine my shock when I tried opening plurk here in the office, the only online community site left unblocked by our office IT, and it also was already blocked.
I am now forced to post all my rants here in my blog. Maybe this will be more gratifying than sharing my shallow-hal on facebook or twitter.
If I don't survive, hello Blackberry. Well not until Christmas.
Note to past life: Bonuses for slaves shall be existent in the 21st century I can say.
