L&G it's Monday morning! Voila! And I'm blogging! And exclamation points all over!

Here, catch this: I intended to be late. Crowd: Yeah right! No really. My classmate turns in at nine, and we'll never start w.o her so what would I do w. that one hour? Might as well use it wisely, right? Or shall we say, healthy?
I've read on a flyer yester night that there are kinds of ways to start your day. Read: breakfast. Carbs, skipping and protein based. So apparently they are promoting this balanced protein diet program that they failed to tell on the supposed anonymous flyer. So I threw it out. And decided to research.
Sweet Home Alabama on cable. Followed by Twilight. Then off to hit the sack.
Morning came and voila! Research on a balanced protein diet and came up w. plant protein diet. Soy = tofu = tokwa = plant protein diet.
So there. Off to Munoz market after class to bank on tokwa!
